The government starts Mukhyamantri Kanya Vivah yojana to stop Bal-vivah. Government provide many benefits to parents of girls who comes under the Below Poverty Line. The parents do marriage of her girl after reach the age of 18 years. The government give Rs. 5,000 through cheque and demand draft to those girls who born in the BPL families after 2005.
The applicants who comes in SC/ST category should apply for this scheme to Block Development Officer or District Development Officer. The objective of this scheme is to provide financial help for SC/ST families at the time of marriage and it also encourage the people about girls education and marriage after 18 years of age. Parents fill application to District Development Officers or Block Development Officers after the marriage of his daughter in 18 years of age.

- Affidavit of dowry system.
The government select the beneficiaries after checkout the application form. The government issue a demand draft or Cheque on the name of girl under the Mukhyamantri Kany Vivah Yojana scheme. In this scheme government provide financial help for BPL families and SC/ST categories.
