The state government of Bihar will give the training of soft skills and computer to the students of 10th and 12th under Bihar Kushal Yuva Program. Bihar Kushal Yuva Program is the part of the flagship program Saat Nishchay of Nitish Kumar the chief minister of Bihar.
The state government of Bihar has decided to give the training to the students of age group 15-25 years. The government will provide the training of the soft skills and the computer knowledge for 240 hours. The chief minister Nitish kumar said that this program will help the youths to find out the suitable and appropriate jobs to the unemployed youths of the state.
The state government of Bihar has started these schemes for the benefit of the youths of the state. These programs will help the youths to learn soft skills and knowledge of the computer. The state government has allotted Rs.500 Crore for the Bihar Kushal Yuva Program in the state.
According to the Bihar Kushal Yuva Program youths will be provided hands on training in Communication skills, basic Computer knowledge and Soft Skills. The hours dedicated for Communication skills, basic Computer knowledge and Soft Skills are 80, 120 and 40 respectively. The total course duration will be 240 Hrs which will be completed within 3 months period.
To make the Bihar Kushal Yuva Program successful a number of Skill development centers are to be created across the state. There are 534 training centers being built by the government which will be run by private organizations. 292 centers are already allotted through bidding while the 242 centers will be allotted soon. The state government of Bihar will provide the training of the soft skills and the communication skills and the knowledge of the computer to the youths of the state under Bihar Kaushal Yuva Program.
