The last to apply for the NTR Arogya Raksha Scheme is 28 February 2017. The eligible people can apply online at www.ntraidyaseva.ap.gov.in. The last date for paying the premium is February 28. The NTR Arogya Raksha scheme would become effective from April 1 to March 31, said district coordinator of NTR Vaidya Seva Trust K. Sai Ram.
The aim of the Government is to achieve NTR Arogya Raksha Scheme In order to facilitate the effective implementation of the scheme. The families can be registered under this Scheme from 01.01.2017 up to 28-02-2017 by paying the premium for the entire family for one year with a low premium of Rs.1200/- for an individual.
Chandrababu Naidu said that he was of the view that knowledge alone not enough to do wonders in the world but keeping the health good is also important. So the NTR Arogya Raksha Scheme will provide the good health to the people of the state. One more thing he added is that NTR Arogya Raksha Scheme is only for the people who are above poverty line.
The Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said that with an aim of making Andhra Pradesh as “Arogyandhra Pradesh” the state government has launched NTR Arogya Raksha scheme. Under the health scheme, Rs.2 lakh worth medical treatment would be provided free of cost in any 432 corporate hospitals in the state.
Andhra Pradesh is the first and only State in India providing of “Health for All” with an objective of providing quality health to the entire population of the State by launching NTR Aarogya Raksha Scheme.
Health for All Scheme counts to be one of the pioneers in terms of achieving equity and providing accountable and evidence-based good-quality health-care services in the State to assist Above Poverty Line families from catastrophic health expenditure.
